ALLENTOWN, Pa. (July 10, 2026) – PPL Electric Utilities will be offering support at various in-person locations and events during the month of July to share available assistance programs with customers to help make their electric bills more affordable. Customers can review eligibility guidelines to see which options will work best for their household and get help applying.

The PPL Electric team will be at the following locations: 

Christian Life Assembly (CLA) Camp Hill
2645 Lisburn Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011
Monday, July 13 (4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.) and Tuesday, July 14 (1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.)
*Customers must schedule an appointment with CLA to attend.

Swiftwater Elementary Center
135 Academic Dr., Swiftwater, PA 18370
Tuesday, July 21 (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)
*Seniors and their caregivers are encouraged to attend, but the event is open to the public.

PPL Electric representatives will be available to answer questions about payment assistance programs, including Operation HELP, OnTrack and others. Support will also be available to help customers with the application process. 

Customers who are looking for support should bring proof of identification, proof of income for residents in their household and their bill account numbers.
